“All staff are caring and have given me a lot of support over the last 8 years of my dog tilly especially in this last week that she has been ill and sadly been put to sleep today just want to say a big thank you to the girls on reception nurses and vet you made the hardest choice we had to made easier”

Not only did Tavi look at the issue my cat had gone in for but looked at two other little issues as well. Not only is Tavi a great vet he is also a nice person. “Absolutely love my new sofa, great customer service and very responsive! I chose a sofa in store and then customised it by having a bespoke size to exactly fit the space & chose the fabric then added piping! It was ready and delivered so fast! We had a slight misunderstanding on the cushions with the piping and they swapped them over so quickly and without hassle. The driver and delivery team were fantastic and were really careful when bringing it into the house, very polite lads! 5 star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

They have vegetarian options if your wanting something halal but honestly the service the atmosphere and everything was amazing here the latte was one of the best I’ve tasted so far without a doubt and the vegetarian breakfast was fresh delicious and tasty hard to believe it was vegetarian! “On a couple of occasions I have contacted PCS to arrange a timed same day delivery, unfortunately on both occasions I have had to cancel the delivery through no fault of PCS. I felt compelled to write a review as Sabina, the Customer relations office was very accommodating, quick to respond and couldn't do enough to help. “We have just collected our dog from Andy’s today after she has spent a week there. This was her first decent stay with him and his family, after having a couple of trial days previously. It’s clear that’s she’s absolutely loved her stay!! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service, and at a very reasonable price too! We’ve had regular updates and it’s been so lovely to hear that she’s had lots of play time with the other dogs and lots of walks, both of which she adores. She was so pleased to see us when she came home but after her tea is now sparko which indicates how much she’s done this week. What a wonderful holiday she’s had! Thank you Andy and family for making Coco part of your pack for the week, it’s wonderful how much attention and love she has had from you all and she can’t wait to stay again.
