There's a treasure trove of freshly made food stuffs, ranging from rolls and sandwiches, a vast selection of lunch and dinner offerings that change every day (including soups), preserved stuff in jars (CHILI OIL!!!), excellent coffee options (I highly recommend the Vietnamese varient), sooooo many delicious cakes and the like, a selection of things in the fridge and freezer for you to cook at home, and some superb alcoholic options if that's to your liking. While it's always playing in the background at a very comfortable volume that easily allows for conversations to flow (although, why are you talking and not eating?!), the music compliments the overall atmosphere and is as wide ranging as the food and drink that's available. I've been frequenting this place for more years than I can remember, and if ever I find myself feeling sad, lonely and downtrodden, this place, due to all of the above, always lifts elevates my spirit. Never, not once, have I left this place feeling emotional or physically worse thn when I entered. Food for the soul, and then some. In fact, the only thing that I love more than this place are the people who run it. I absolutely adore Allon and Nicky as if they were my own family, and they have always treated me with a loving affection that is a rarity in my day to day life. As someone who very much believes in a higher power, but not necessarily the concept of Heaven as an eternal afterlife, per se, I am pretty sure that there is this exact same Nanima to be found there, too, with absolutely nothing changed from how it appears in this life.
