Turning Pointe School of Dance- Lewes branch

“I’ve been part of Turning Pointe School of Dance for over a year now, taking adult tap classes—and I absolutely love it! I hadn’t done tap since I was a child, but the friendly and supportive atmosphere made it easy to jump back in. Lianne is a fantastic teacher who adapts her style to suit each student’s needs, making every class fun, encouraging, and accessible. I’m so glad I joined! Whether you’re returning to dance, starting fresh, or just looking for a fun way to connect with others, I couldn’t recommend Turning Pointe more.”

    Brighton Ballet School

    ★★★★★ 4.8 (25 Reviews) Well rated Closed

“When I started ballet as a 40 year old adult I assumed I would find a class in which we would just have a bit of fun and not really learn much and not be challenged. How wrong I was. At Brighton Ballet School vocational students and adults are treated the same. We are challenged to work hard, to push ourselves, to find the best of ourselves and to never accept the words "I can't". Taking exams is an wonderful added extra which allows us to see how far we have come in our dancing. And as well as all this - we also have fun and make new friends. If you just want to muck around for an hour then I'd suggest other places. But if you wish to have fun, get fit and strong and unleash your inner ballet dancer then this school is for you.”

    Ceroc Hove

“Ceroc Hove changed my life 6 years ago. I was so nervous but it turned out I was meeting the most wonderful people and who are still amazing friends after all these years. I am an IT guy with 2 left feet and learning to partner dance is fantastic. I went alone on my first night, so come along or with a friend. Highly recommended. Learning to lead a follow changes you overtime as a person, more confidence, coordination and Thursdays at Hove are an absolute thrill.”
