“Stopped for a cuppa & bacon sandwich at this cafe, which I often pass while walking my dog . The staff were very welcoming, food served , perfection, noted as i waited for mine ,prices on board extremely reasonable , breakfast & lunch served , plenty of customers were eating , which is always a good sign. I will visit again. The cafe is also dog friendly , there is siting outside , there is also a carpark. Recommended”

“I've just moved into the area and went to these guys on the off chance. It's always a bit of a lottery trying a new garage but I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. Collected my van today. Totally professional. Did my glow plugs, fixed broken washer pipes, new suspension bushes and a suspension dust cap, then MOT'd my van. Really good value and to be trusted. I don't often write reviews on here but they are great and I felt duty bound to review. I've recommended them to my house mate who is going down to see them for her MOT next week. A1 service. What a relief to be able to know where to go with confidence.”

“Had a wonderful day today at Ashford Shopping Centre, I like to go there at least once a year to check the bargains as it is a great place to do Christmas shopping. The Fred Perry shop is excellent value. On the way home, we visited Horace’s chip shop as we were hungry after a long day of shopping at Ashford Shopping Centre with the excellent Fred Perry shop, and we was greeted by such friendly faces, true family unity. We made a large order consisting of lots of different items, ranging from sausages,to chips, to onion rings. I am writing this review after just consuming this, and I can honestly say I have only just returned back from the fifth dimension. Absolutely Michelin starred level of goods produced, all for a price that would even be affordable to the homeless community after a heavy day of busking down Seaford Beach. The food was almost ready before I even tapped my contactless card, it was almost like I shared a telepathic connection with the owner who knew what I was going to order and already had it ready because he knew I was coming, on my way back from the Ashford shopping Centre. I have since set fire to my Christmas tree in the garden. Thank you.”

“Visiting Bishopstone station for Artwave, we thought we would give the sailing club cafe a try. The welcome was warm, the menu varied and the service excellent & friendly. We had fish & chips with lovely crunchy batter & tasty fish, well cooked & non-greasy as were the chips & a fresh salad. A bacon & brie sandwich plus cheesy chips also went down well. We are delighted with this new to us cafe & hope to return when we next visit Seaford. The bonus is the free car park just over the road. The staff also accommodated our specific request with regard to one of our party when ordering who needed a slight adjustment to their meal.”

“I popped in today for a quick shandy as the weather was very nice and sunny over looking the river ouse its was my first time at The Ark next time I visit i'll have something to eat with my partner so i can't comment on the food at this time! Friendly Staff and nice atmosphere setting outside disabled friendly with ramp for wheelchairs. There is a car park for the Ark but remember to read the car park sign before entering! “Went shopping here for my Christmas food on 23rd December at lunchtime ! Yes it was busy but not manic. Had everything that I wanted. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Shelves were well stocked. Bread, as usual, was delicious . The beef joint was melt in the mouth fantastic.”
