“We have known Bill and Jack Beaumont (Apex Property Services) for must be 20 years during which time they have both built and catered for all our heating, bathroom and kitchen needs. Yet again they have come up Trumps! All new radiators, a new combi-boiler and a stunning tiled and fitted kitchen. Everything you could wish for - tidy workers, considerate with the utmost attention to detail. Both are a wealth of knowledge on little fixes, possibilities and sourcing. They have freely given their time on non-related issues we have encountered in our new home and made our move so much easier. We are looking forward to the our next venture – shower and bathroom . The staff are very helpful and they don't make you look silly if you really don't know how to ask for something. They will help you get the correct measurements and materials. “Popped in to get my air con checked after being told by a national chain garage it was booked in with that they could not do it as it had the newer type gas and not the older type as stated when online booking. Now waiting for my refund. Arrived at C R Allen and the service was great, came straight out and had a look to confirm it was the old type gas which was great as it's cheaper. They then said they had a slot to be able to do it for me straight away. Told me the price and also advised having the pollen filter changed as it had not been done in the last 12 months. Price agreed and the van went straight in. Drove away an hour later all nice and chilled with my air con working. Happy to recommend.”

Had the Sunday roast (beef of course) and was not disappointed - it was fabulous! Bella took our order and a young lass with blonde hair served us (Jenni? I think, sorry didn’t get her name). We could see it was busy and the staff were busy but they kept an eye out for everyone. Really pleased we called in & will call in again next time we are in the area. Thank you.”

“Meridian Vets are absolutely brilliant- Larissa has been looking after our kitties for years and she’s just fabulous. She’s kind, considerate, professional and empathetic- all our kitties are and have been rescues, sometimes with a traumatic past so this has made a big difference to their care. They all love her ! All the other vets we’ve seen over the years have been great too and the nurses are fantastic and caring. The receptionists are brilliant- always kind and understanding . I had a large cod and chips and the fish was well cooked and the batter was crispy and not at all soggy or greasy, my wife had the cod nuggets, which were large chunks of fresh fish in the same crispy batter. Great fish and chips, I would highly recommend!”
