    Young Sussex Nursery (Brighton)

“Young Sussex is a wonderful nursery. They took very good care of my child, which helped to develop her in many ways! The session timing helped me to get childcare that fit my schedule. Everyone was caring and sweet, so my daughter became very attached to everyone there. I would recommend this nursery without hesitation.”

    Atelier 21 Future School

“Where do I begin, the school itself is magical and beautiful but what makes this place truly special is the staff, they have created something special and I am beyond proud that my children are part of it and the opportunities that arise. If I had a school that was like this when I was younger, I would of been blessed, it is diverse, approachable, nurturing, kind, loving, the list is endless, it delivers academically but also sincerely cares for each individual that is part of it. I am so proud that my children are now part of the ‘family’ within Atelier and am super looking forward to watching them grow here in the near future. My child was beyond unhappy previously in another school and atelier has finally shown us that not every school needs to stick the the ‘norm,’ this place breaks away in the most uplifting, positive way towards education! Well done to everyone at Atelier, you should be proud because I know I am! Thank you!”

Lewes Old Grammar School - St Clair House

    ★★★☆☆ 3.7

“This is a terrific school. If you're looking for somewhere which is not an "education factory", which values courtesy and thoughtfulness, which understands that young people are individuals with strengths to be nurtured and weaknesses to be addressed rather than small statistics in larger cohorts to be monitored on a graph, then it's the school for you. It's warm, quirky, committed, fun and the teachers are terrific. Made me want to go back to school. And I'm 53!”

“Since becoming a student at LVS Harvey has begun a journey . He is able to have friendships, start socialising with the support of members of the team. There has been a definite change in his attitude towards life. He was very low when he first started, having been both internally and externally excluded at his main stream school for virtually a year, before that very confused and troublesome in his class. Harvey's mental health is the most significant improvement, I feel this is due to the actual facing up to the issues he struggles with within his Autism, being allowed to be himself, and not having to 'hold' his behaviour all day as in other settings. By being able to challenge his at times extremely aggressive behaviours he is beginning to recognise and at times successfully avoid such aggressive outbursts/ meltdowns. The discovery that music is a great therapy for him could only of happened at LVS where he is nurtured to try, believe in himself and both succeed and accept failure at times. His very fragile self esteem at least beginning to improve due to this. I hope that his continued attendance will eventually enable a lovely worthwhile young man to realize that he is just that and allow him to accept and manage the difficult aspects of Autism and embrace the amazing things that being Autistic can bring.”
