Having such an amazing group of people around, who are always willing to chat and help out is such an amazing experience. It’s made my experience at uni so far, so much better. And I’m appreciative of all they do, and I’m so happy I chose to live at pavilion point.”

Shen Long Tai Chi Association UK provides expert Tai Chi instruction at the Brighton Wellness Centre in Mile Oak. This association serves the local community by promoting health and vitality through traditional Chinese arts. The curriculum focuses on getting the basics correct before progressing to more complex Tai Chi forms. Students learn techniques that improve balance, posture, and the way they move in daily life. The classes are inclusive and attract people from all walks of life seeking better health.
