“After my BMW warrantee ran out, I started using the Veaters team some 6 years ago recommended by a very contented neighbour who is a long term customer . What a breath of fresh air! Helpful, competent, & universally polite & cheerful (whatever the weather) As opposed to a ghastly journey to a deluxe Bristol BMW service centre, Veaters are a mile away- no amount of premium coffee & over-luxurious reception centre can compare with the efficiency & friendliness of the Veaters team. Good, ‘old fashioned’ (sadly....) customer service at a price which makes BMW centres look like a bunch of money lenders on a binge! Thank you for helping out with the latest emergency .
