“My mother-in-law purchased for my daughter a single fitted sheet with two inflatable side guards. After a little while, one of the side guards began to deflate in a daily basis - there seemed to be a very small hole letting out air. When I contacted the company to tell them about my problem, I spoke to a very nice lady by the name of Rowan. She apologised for my experience, and searched the warehouse for any spare inflatable - as they are now discontinued. As she had promised, she phoned me back at the end of the day to say she had managed to locate one. She sent it out that day and I received it two days later. Fantastic service and it’s a great product too! Thank you.”
