“I'm not sure if this review is directly relevant for the Bristol Clinic, however, Clinical Partners did my autism and ADHD diagnosis through Right To Choose in December 2023. I felt I wanted to leave a review as I have seen a lot of negative reviews. Right from the start, Clinical Partners were friendly, professional and fast. The reception that I first spoke to (unsure if they were from the Bristol Clinic) was very friendly and understanding. Clinical Partners promised they would get a diagnosis done in 12 weeks. I am incredibly impressed because they started the process after 7 weeks! The autism assessment was thorough, in depth and really gave me an opportunity to express my experiences. My ADHD assessment was difficult as it was two straight hours of questions. Overall, I am very proud of Clinical Partners as they are making a significant contribution to the NHS by providing in depth and fast diagnosis. Thank you Clinical Partners, Angus Davidson”

“I'm uncomfortable with anything to do with eyes (I'll never be a contact lens wearer) so was a bit fearful of cateract surgery. All I can say is that from pre-op through to the operation and discharge I felt welcome and very well cared for. The procedure itself was pain-free with only the tinyest amount pressure being felt (I'm expecting far worse when I have a trip to the dentist next week!) It is now a week after my operation and it is hard to tell the difference in vision between either eye. Another week of drops and I wonder how much better it can get? Happy to recommend.”

“17th October 2025, I was booked for a hernia operation 10.30, Chippenham. I was so lucky to have a cancellation which I accepted only 1 week earlier. There's car parking outside and the entrance to the building is very well maintained, I thought it was a much newer build. The maintenance and decor continues inside and brings a very warm greeting. Upto floor 1 and in no time, I was greeted by Shannon and Ammie. All checked in, then over to Mike and his team, Alison, Sue & Gemma. Just over an hour and it was job done, no complications and an enjoyable experience. Mike and his team kept me talking and made sure I was fully OK all through the procedure. Cafe Shannon opens, time for a cuppa and the important debrief, after care plus drugs. The following day I received a follow-up call. I followed the guidelines and I'm making a full and speedy recovery. Big thank you, viva the NHS. Mick”
