“I can’t thank Elena and her team at North Bristol Private Hospital enough! From start to finish I was so well looked after, everyone was so lovely and friendly, and explained everything to me in a very informative and reassuring way. Elena is a wonderful surgeon, very capable and precise and I felt very safe in her hands. All the staff are amazing, and the facilities in the hospital are top notch- it’s very spacious, clean and comfortable and during my overnight stay I felt very well cared for. A very special thank you to Elena, Lynn, and all the nurses who looked after me especially Rekha who looked after me overnight!”

“I've had many massages over the years but Louise is by far the best experience I've had. She is extremely knowledge and approachable. I will not be going elsewhere for my head and shoulder massages.”
“I have never been able to be so vulnerable yet felt so safe whilst sharing the most difficult of life history and current struggles as I do in my sessions here. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
“I'm uncomfortable with anything to do with eyes (I'll never be a contact lens wearer) so was a bit fearful of cateract surgery. All I can say is that from pre-op through to the operation and discharge I felt welcome and very well cared for. The procedure itself was pain-free with only the tinyest amount pressure being felt (I'm expecting far worse when I have a trip to the dentist next week!) It is now a week after my operation and it is hard to tell the difference in vision between either eye. Another week of drops and I wonder how much better it can get? Happy to recommend.”
“Great service and attention for a nasty scald . Helpful friendly efficient staff. Impressive NHS care.”
“We visited with our classic cars to show the residents. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There were smiles all round which made the visit very special for us. We would definitely be happy to show our car to the residents again (please let us visit again :) ). The ladies who organised for us to be there were absolutely lovely.”
