I have just got a balayage done by Kirsty and she was so friendly and listened to what I wanted. All the staff are very welcoming and make you feel at ease from the minute you step inside. John is excellent when it comes to giving advice on colour, and definitely knows exactly what he’s talking about, after previously trying to fix my bad experience a year ago from another salon he was so honest with what they could do to fix it. “This is such a well thought out and varied play space. It’s entertaining enough for repeat visits without being overstimulating like some traditional soft-plays. We held our 2 year old’s birthday party here fairly last minute after being let down by another venue (we didn’t know about Imagination Fascination beforehand otherwise we’d have just booked in the first place!) and it absolutely turned out for the best, as the team here could hardly have done more for us. Rebecca and Becky in particular worked their socks off pulling together a fantastic party for 40 very happy toddlers and their parents, and they’ve gained some very loyal customers out of it!”

“I’ve been coming to Danya’s since it opened in 2014. I have never had a bad haircut once there ever. The service is exceptional and the attention to detail which it’s important to me is of the highest standards. I love having my nose and ear waxed and the hot towel which finishes off the hair cut and opens up the pores. I have gone elsewhere a few times and regretted it. The thing I like the most is that every barber is top quality and now I can walk in and I don’t even have to say what I’m having they all know which is brilliant. Easily the best barbers in Weston super Mare in my opinion.”

My hair was down to my bottom so quite the task for a restyle! Jo was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, what my concerns and previous issues were and handled my hair with the most care I've ever had at a salon. I asked her to take a little more off the length and she was happy to oblige and the final cut is exactly the restyle I wanted and I've had nothing but compliments since I've had it done. She was so good, I immediately rebooked another maintenance appointment, something I have never felt comfortable to do elsewhere. Really happy and will be a returning customer - including a colour. 10/10”
