“Exceptional Dog Walking Service! I've been using PontK9 for Caffrey's thrice-weekly hour-long pack walks, and I'm beyond impressed! Rob, our walker, isn't just doing a job; he genuinely adores Caffrey as much as we do. He takes incredible photos of Caffrey during the walks, which are always a joy to see. More importantly, he's been fantastic in building Caffrey’s confidence and discipline, especially with on-lead behavior and return commands. Rob's dedication and skills have made a noticeable difference, and I can’t recommend PontK9 enough. If you're looking for someone who will care for your dog as their own, look no further.”

“Hollie is quite literally incredible! Our two dogs, Laurel and Hardy are totally besotted with Hollie and get so excited when they see her. She looks after them with kindness, consideration, love, affection and a great deal of care. Dogs are so intuitive on good natured people and I trust my boys instincts above everything, so when we come home and see them still bouncing around Hollie with excitement, it makes us feel so assured, confident, comfortable and at times, a little emotional at the bond and relationship Hollie takes the time and effort to build with them. Hollie has looked after our boys in our house from a couple of hours to days at a time when we are away, we get regular updates, pictures and videos, stories and good morning/good night messages. We come home to a spotlessly clean house and two very satisfied, stimulated, happy dogs. Hollie also takes them on the most incredible walks! I'm jealous of the adventures they get to go on. We are now at a stage with Hollie where we want to plan all holidays around her availability, purely because when the boys are with her we can truly relax. Hollie, we will never be able to thank you enough for the dedication and love you pour into the boys. Anyone who has you look after their special sidekicks are very lucky indeed x”

“I have just returned today after a weeks holiday with Lynda looking after my cat Sherbert! The service I recieved was fantastic!! She went above and beyond when looking after Sherbert! Every day I recieved updates on how he was doing with pictures and videos - this extra special touch goes a long way to making you feel at ease that your animal is in safe hands and being well looked after! It is clear to see that Lynda is an animal lover and has a passion and love for caring for animals! I came home to a very happy Sherbert who enjoyed Lynda's visits and company! She couldn't have been more interested in his breed and she has the patience of a saint with him! He has just started going on walks with other dogs and after his first one he had little barky dreams about all the fun he'd had”

“My two lurchers have stayed here a few times now. The kennels came recommended to me, but I was still a little nervous as one of my two can be quite unsure of other dogs - he loves them when he gets to know them, but can be quite barky initially as he's scared. I shouldn't have worried - he had a lovely time, came out not really fussed to see me, which I think is always a good sign, and next visit they both had their tails wagging and were really pleased to see the staff. Will definitely be visiting again!”

“Jo is fantastic with my young cockapoo Bonnie! She put me at ease from the very first meeting where she came to meet Bonnie and showered her with attention. I was further comforted when Jo asked if I could bring Bonnie and join her on one of her walks before the service was to begin so I could see how well Bonnie would settle into the little group. Bonnie lights up when Jo comes to collect her for her midday walkies and Jo sends a number of great videos and photos after every walk to reassure me that she has had a great time. Ive not worried for a second that Bonnie hasn't been taken care of on the days I'm back in the office and I think Bonnie has began to sulk on the days she knows Jo isn't visiting Jo has been fantastic!
