“Our cat was very well cared for while we were away for two weeks. Rachel is experienced and professional, giving regular updates and following all feeding instructions to the letter. Our cat's feeding area was spotlessly clean when we got home, bins were emptied etc. Great service, would recommend and will uae again.”

“Jo is fantastic with my young cockapoo Bonnie! She put me at ease from the very first meeting where she came to meet Bonnie and showered her with attention. I was further comforted when Jo asked if I could bring Bonnie and join her on one of her walks before the service was to begin so I could see how well Bonnie would settle into the little group. Bonnie lights up when Jo comes to collect her for her midday walkies and Jo sends a number of great videos and photos after every walk to reassure me that she has had a great time. Ive not worried for a second that Bonnie hasn't been taken care of on the days I'm back in the office and I think Bonnie has began to sulk on the days she knows Jo isn't visiting Jo has been fantastic! “They were happy to work with my difficult dog when no other groomer would/could and have been doing a fantastic job. When the groomer he had built rapport with was leaving, the business owner offered us to remain with Muddy Pawz and use a new groomer or follow his current groomer to avoid regression: putting our dog’s needs first. We chose to follow his current groomer as she does an amazing job with him and we don’t know whether a new groomer would have the same success, but we feel terrible for leaving as never would have for any other reason. Cannot recommend highly enough. Caring attitude towards doing their best for your dog that goes beyond business.”
