The salon was busy, but they always assured that I was fine and offered drinks throughout the time I was there. All of the staff were very nice. I love that they are thorough and really explained all the processes involved. I do suggest maybe waiting for like 5-10 seconds for the water to get to the right temperature, as it suddenly became very hot on the scalp. Lastly, the playlist was amazing! I've also had my sons (10 year old) hair cut from here and the staff were excellent, really made an effort to engage with him and chat about his interests and whatnot. Last words - in the past I've just got used to a quick hair clippers and cut off the top from previous barbers, but it's a different experience here - on my previous visit here I decided to go for a hot towel shave/shape too - honestly if anyone reading hasn't tried it before, it's well worth it!”
