Usually, these places are busy and it is understandable if service staff members wouldn't pay much attention to each and every customer. But the team at Starbucks here is still walking that extra mile to deliver the best experience for their customers. They are extremely polite and helpful in every manner and treat kids very kindly. Even when I bought food and drinks for my family, they were paying attention to detail making sure that we buy what exactly we expect. We were on the way back home after visiting North Wales and I suddenly got a cough while I was on a phone call. The staff members were kind enough to quickly bring a cup of water with ice cubes. The place is spacious and clean. Easily accessible. Kids-friendly. With memories I had of Starbucks in many places in the USA, I didn't really try Starbucks in the UK (always stuck to Pret or Costa). However, I recently started to try Starbucks in the UK after having a good experience at the Gretna Green services in February. I just installed their mobile App after that and started to visit Starbucks frequently. I honestly believe that their customer service in the UK is significantly better. There are other coffee shops that used to be great in customer service, but after covid19 lockdown times, I never experienced the same anywhere else yet. Therefore, I believe that I will look for Starbucks outlets as the first choice when I go to our office in London and whenever I drive on motorways with my family during the weekends.”
