“Lovely hotel, comfy beds and a great breakfeast. And all for a good price.”
“We recently celebrated our son Leon’s first birthday at this restaurant, and it was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole event was organized perfectly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, everything was beautifully decorated, and the team showed true professionalism in every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special day – highly recommended! See you next time ❤️”
“Lovely hosts - not often you get served breakfast by a world cup rugby star! And proper freshly cooked breakfast, too. Basis rooms, but comfortable and quiet - a good night's sleep. About half a mile from the centre with free parking.”
“Regular user. A limited daily menu. Always top food at sensible prices.”
“One of Leamington Spa's gems! Family visit today and we enjoyed a fantastic tasty meal and drinks. The selection was amazing too. Great service here from the wonderful staff with a lovely vibe and although busy you don't feel rushed. Also dog friendly. VERY Highly recommended.”
“Amazing place, really friendly staff. A member of our party hand wrote down everything that was gluten free- something you wouldn't get elsewhere. Food is wonderful and cooked really well. Brilliant selection. The only problem is the parking is a bit of a walk away, but blue badge holders can park in the street opposite. All in all a successful visit!”
“We are staying in the area for the week and pick up this takeaway for our evening meal.the food and services are very good.”
“Very nice fast food. Staff is friendly and the shop is one of the cleanest i saw. When visiting the Kenilworth Castle we had a few choices around but decided on Friends because of the food and prices... the fish was one and a half foot long... Chips are crispy and portions are huge. Would definitely eat there again.”
“We visit this location at least twice a year. To visit family. Even though it is close to the M69 you very rarely hear much noise from it. It is a very relaxing location close to Coventry, Nuneaton and within easy access to Leicester. It has a Brewers Fayre located next door so food and drink is close at hand. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly with noting being too much of a problem. All rooms are located on the ground floor with easy access to all.”
“Great hotel good rooms stayed here twice. Close to centre free parking plus food shops across the road. For take away. Staff very helpful xxx”
“I stayed in room number 5, it was a perfect size, has everything I needed and was very comfy. There was lots of pubs and shops nearby and loads of places to eat. The owner was lovelly and very helpful, not that I needed much help but she was easy to contact and my stay for 3 nights was very nice. Highly recommended”
“Has improved greatly over the years. Still a bit pricey however.”
“We stayed on the campsite in early January, in our campervan. This is one of the rare sites that are open all year and have a toilet block with shower. The site is easy to find, secure with key pad controlled high gates and surrounded by gardens and fields. Pitches are large, hard standing and level. Even after torrential rain, these were fine (although grass understandably boggy). Electric hook up and water taps between pitches. Toilet block is in the end of a barn building. All tiled, clean, windows a little shabby but ok. Unisex, 2 toilet cubicles and 2 large cubicles with wash basins and shaver points. One electric shower in cubicle with shower curtain too - the usual set up at campsites. The block is unheated but there is a blow heater on the wall that you can activate. Soap, air-hand dryer, toilet paper all provided. There is only a charge for the electrically heater hot water -50p shower, 20p basin hot water. We thought it would be too cold to shower in comfort in January but it was fine. Plenty of time to shower, nice and hot. Be aware though, no suitable washing up facility (outside sink cold only). The road nearby is busy so expect road noise (and sheep bleating, bird song too). Didn't seem to be a campervan discharge point, so expect to use the old bowl and bucket if you want to empty grey water. There is a chemical loo emptying place and the usual waste area. Reason for 5 stars...excellent value!(And a nice owner.)”
“Fast and friendly service! The food tasted great and was piping hot! Order the beef chowmein (wet) it’s juicy and amazing”
“Rob the tractor driver was amazing, we loved our tour with him, daughter said "best ride ever!" So much to do here, soft play, animal feeding and holding, rides, dinosaurs. Loads of fun to be had :-)”
“Fantastic value for money. £37 a night during the Summer holidays is brilliant, especially when it includes free parking and free WiFi. Very close to Birmingham Airport, National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Railway Station too. Room was quite impressive with an excellent bathroom and shower area and it had recent carpets and had just been painted as well.”
“A great holiday here the air is so fresh”
“I never stopped here but looks like a beautiful place very peaceful and tranquil some beautiful views”
“Visited several times over the years. Always a warm welcome and delicious culinary treats. Thank you.”
“Great holiday home for a family of four and grandparents on top of that too. WiFi isn't the most secure but not if you're only using it for browsing the web and social media. Very comfortable, three different areas for dining and lounging, upstairs and downstairs bathroom and a place to do laundry not to mention two working TVs.”
“Very good and well-priced accommodation for an extended work stay in the area. Nice and helpful people. Great location in the centre of Dunchurch near to pubs and restaurants. i look forward to my next visit.”
“Don't really see what all the other reviews were on about to be honest I went in in the morning an hour or so after open and was greeted in a professional and friendly manner, the batista who served me was happy to answer questions and made my two drinks very quickly and correct with no mistakes whatsoever. There was no one else seated when I was in there but it was very clean and there were plenty of tables to be seated at.”
“Really can’t praise the Click & Collect team enough for their assistance when the bank messed up the payment for my buffet order and it got cancelled. Their assistance was great - the lady ran around the store collecting items to make up the original order with the result that the event (which our local MP attended) went ahead on time without disruption.”
“Excellent experience! Clean, tidy and all staff customer service was 10/10 visited Saturday morning around 11am and my drink was perfect thank you!”
“Popped in today for a birthday breakfast. Staff could not have been nicer. We ordered two cappuccinos, eggs Benedict & smashed avacado on toast with crispy bacon. Food was delicious, coffee the same and service was friendly and attentive. Really like this place and would highly recommend.”
“Stunning. The staff is absolutely incredible, friendly and gives you a very warm welcome. A very nice comfy clean room which has everything that you need. The bathroom is actually, and hard to believe in the UK, very clean and mold free which is really appreciated. The location is just a few minutes from the station, city center and the Castle. Can't be happier. Very quiet rooms and location”
