“All the staff from cleaners to consultants friendly, professional & helpful. The doctor I saw today explained everything to me to put at ease, and she actually cared! I did spend a few days as a patient here. Everyone was so friendly and understood how worried I was. ALl staff were happy and easy to talk to, which made my stay away from my family easier. A wonderful service from the NHS at University Hospital Coventry, thank you! The one and only gripe though is the car park. Firstly. It's difficult to find a space, but you can cope with that, but the extortionate parking changes is just wrong! £5.45 just for an appointment yesterday ! When I was a patient here, the parking cost that much, it left us in the red in our vank account! Rip off merchants!”

We had Ella as our ward nurse who was so kind, caring and attentive- she checked on my partner regularly and made him feel safe during his time here. She had excellent bedside manner and was regularly making sure he was well and not in too much pain. Mel and Sara were the nurses who took him into the procedure room who were also kind, caring and attentive. The main dr he had was Dr Kaba, who is truly a caring, friendly and professional Dr who really listens to his patients. He was very charming, talented and put all our worries at ease. Thank you so much for everything!! All of the staff are truly lovely and we would 100% come back to this hospital again.”
