βIβve had a chronic condition for 14 years and after a back operation and other surgical interventions plus seeing a chiropractor, physio, acupuncture, gabapentin, pregabalin pain relief and latterly an osteopath for 6 weeks nothing worked. Iβd learned to live with the pain but it got worse after doing some diy I contacted core clinic based on a recommendation from a trusted source. Iβve held back from doing a review on initial consultation and first treatment - Iβm now in my fourth week of combined biomechanics from Tahir, sports therapy/acupuncture proved by Jack and Stefaanβs chiropractic therapy. Iβm seeing the 40% improvement Stefaan forecasted, which is amazing as Iβve had sciatica and lower back pain for 14 years; the sciatica being the main issue. The next stage will be a forecasted increase from 40% to 70% relief and the remainder is in the lap of the gods. At the start of the treatment Iβd have taken anything let alone where Iβm at now - bring on the next stage. In summary Iβd fully recommend Stefaan and his team and I only wish Iβd found them years ago.β

βFrom beginner to immediate, I've been able to really engage with Yoga at the Therapy and Fitness studio. The space is by far the best yoga studio in town, the instructors are all highly qualified and the vibe is great. I would recommend this studio to anyone of any skill level.β
βCouldn't fault anything. Made a difficult experience seem very pleasant. Well done to all the staff I met and the MRI Scanner for the sound system.β
βExcellent, first class. From the moment we arrived our hosts Janet and Stewart could not have been more welcoming, they were the best most accommodating couple. Park Cottage is the most quaint building, every room from reception to dining room was exceptionally clean and tidy. We stayed in the Elizabeth four poster bedroom. There was nothing to fault, all your needs are met, from beautiful clean towels, shampoo and shower gel to chocolates on the pillow and pear drops on the dressing table. All the furniture was true to the room. It just looked like stepping into a stately home. The breakfast in the morning was superb, once again nothing was too much trouble and everything cooked fresh. There are no words great enough to recommend a stay here. Would i recommend this to people.....ABSOLUTELYβ

βIf you are looking for a dance class for children in Kenilworth, you cannot get a better one than Eclipse. We are now in our third year of classes and not only has my daughter shown incredible progress, she has developed a love for dance, this is due to the dedication and passion of Miss Jane. The children learn a variety of disciplines but also get a rounded dance education that is not just about technique and exams but also performance, presentation, choreography and confidence. This has an impact on lots of other areas of their development. We love our Saturdays so much we have also joined the parent and baby class, so our younger daughter is also involved at Eclipse Dance and no longer has to just copy her sister dancing around the house!β
βHayley was so lovely and my nails look great!β
βWent there for a cheerleading competition and it was really great with a big hall and lots and lots and lots of seats !!β
βVisited when they opened for the lambing and the children and adults had a really lovely time. Beautiful college too. Whilst we were visiting 3 lambs were born and Unfortunately one was still born but the farmers (student and teacher I presume) did a fantastic job at trying to save it and then able to quickly remove the lamb when no luck. We just told out children it was going to the vets.β

βThe best decision I have made was to sign up for swimming with Victoria. These one to one lessons were brilliant, amazing experience. I was really nervous at the start but within couple of hours I was swimming by myself. All fear just disappeared thanks to Victoria. Iβm 36 and I never thought I will be swimming ever but never say never. Donβt hesitate just do it! 5*β
