( Carers Trust Heart of England, Young Carers) The combination of talking and drawing in these sessions allowed the young carers to explore their emotions in a creative and therapeutic way. It has helped them gain a deeper understanding of their feelings and develop healthy coping mechanisms. The feedback from families has been overwhelmingly positive. They have witnessed noticeable improvements in their children's emotional state and overall resilience. It has been an opportunity to share feelings and be heard without judgment. Trish's warm and inclusive approach has made the young carers and their families feel comfortable and valued. She understands their unique challenges and has offered the necessary support and guidance throughout the 6 sessions. Her genuine empathy and patience has made a significant difference in their emotional well-being. I look forward to supporting more families with the support of Trish.”
