I phoned Adam on the weekend and he came out first thing on Monday to have a look. The gas valve was broken, so Adam sent me over invoices for the broken part and for new boiler without pressure to choose. In the end, given the boiler’s age I opted to have it replaced. He and his colleague came out on Thursday and within a few hours my boiler was installed, and they were so clean with the instal! So so rare with tradespeople. Would 10/10 recommend and will be having him service my boiler annually.”

“Can't recommend Jason enough. Electric boiler packed in on us. As it's a somewhat rare model, I went through a list of companies who said they couldn't help. I was starting to worry. Luckily found Ecotec and Jason said "give me a boiler and I'll fix it".
