“I started Kuk Sool Won in March as a way to take my mind of the stresses of work. I was quickly made to feel really welcome by everyone especially the instruction team. After a few months I decided to bring my 2 very different kids along which was a great move! They both love it! One is more athletic so loves that element of it while the other is more sensitive who really enjoys learning the techniques and forms. For us it has meant we can all share something positive and we even occasionally have kuk sool play fights so it's been great to bring us together. I struggled to get "the sensitive one" into any activity so the fact that he has taken to Kuk sool has been great from a parents point of view to see the development in him over the past few months has been really positive. I couldn't recommend highly enough from an individual, family or kids perspective there is something for everyone.”

“Great gym with loads of equipment & plenty of space. Cafe on site & plenty of parking. Changing rooms are good, but a little difficult to find if you don't know where they are, signage isn't great, but overall a great gym”

“Just wanted to say thank you to Morgan who assisted me in store today. I’m just getting in to running and came in to buy a proper pair of running shoes but was completely overwhelmed with all the different types of running shoe. Morgan took me through all of the different options that would be suitable for my gait type and helped me try on the different varieties so I could feel the difference. With it being an outlet store, she also advised me the best way to see the full ranges online or in another store and at no point put any heavy pressure on me to purchase there and then. Incredibly knowledgable and friendly. A credit to the store :)”

“My daughter had her wedding reception at deer park golf and country club, deer park road Livingston on Saturday 28/06/2025 there was 180 guests at this reception and everyone had a great time bar prices were on average catering was good, and the DJ was excellent the room was spacious and the staff were very pleasant, the food for the buffet also was very good. My daughter was given a room to put all extra items in and presents and given the key to go back when she wanted to collect all the items. All in all very good and I can highly recommend this venue”
