“I am a new patient at Howden Health Centre, granted it is difficult to get an appointment which i assume is purely down to the number of patients they have ,however i would like to say this. Today I attended an appointment with the Nurse, her name is Shanna, i cannot thank her enough. Shanna is extremely knowledgeable and skilled within her field. “I ask for a emergency appointment and got one the same day . It was even with my normal dentist. The receptionist was lovely who took my call. The dentist went out her way to clean my teeth and give me an xray. She even should me the xray. When leaving the reception staff were very friendly and even wished me a nice holiday. “This place is a gem! You'll get all kind of food for your dog there, from raw meat, bones and chews to a selection of healthy dried reward snacks. Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. I visit the shop regularly and get all the food for my dog there. Prices are very reasonable too. They serve for other pets too, but I only buy for a dog so can't comment on this.”

Very attentive and understanding as I had a previous bad experience at a Broxburn dentist decades ago and had been really apprehensive about having my teeth examined again. That was 3 years ago and I actually look forward to my visits to the Craigshill Dental Practice. Visited again today for my yearly check up. As Heather was on leave I was seen by Ben. “I’ve had four recent visits to Carmondean Medical Group and telephone appointment to discuss my results and each time the care has been outstanding. The first time, I called around 8:15 a.m. with some symptoms I’d had for a day or two. I expected to see a DN, but the receptionist advised I’d need to see a doctor instead. I was given a same-day appointment for 10:30 a.m. with Dr. Newell, who was amazing—so kind and thorough. I got my prescription, and everything was handled efficiently. A few days later, the pain was still there. I called again, got seen quickly, and my prescription was changed. During my follow-up, I was supported every step of the way. Unfortunately, I later had an allergic reaction and was struggling to breathe. I called around 5 p.m. and got a quick call back from a doctor, who asked me to come in for a 5:30 appointment. This time I saw Dr. Gray, who was also lovely and reassuring. The entire team—from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors—has been fantastic. After some difficult experiences with other practices in the past, Carmondean Medical Group truly stands out. You all deserve 5 stars. Thank you for everything!”
