I used the DHL website to register my A4 document parcel and with the barcode provided all I had to do was turn up at the DHL Express drop-off point. Parking was a little sparse outside the building, but I was able to find a spot. Inside the reception area, you ring the buzzer for attention and someone soon appeared to take my documents and payment. The documents reached their destination 3 days later as promised. All in all it was a great experience, excellent staff, and I would use again.”
