“After a Deliveroo rider hit one side of my brand new car and then vandalised the other, I took my car to Annandale where it was looked over by Walter. He was fantastic, gave a very fair assessment so booked it in immediately. I got the car back and you would never have known it had been painted, the colour match and quality of work was flawless on what is a difficult Pearlescent colour to match. I was so impressed with the work that I took my mums Mercedes in the following week for paint to the bonnet and bumpers to be done. Scott did an amazing job on that too, and he buffed up the rest of the car, as well as the headlights, so it now looks like new. 2 visits and 2 outstanding experiences. I can’t recommend this place enough and they will be getting more work from me in the future! Thanks guys! 10/10!”

“The element in my built in oven didn't work and I called Trinity Domestics. The engineer John came out the next day and identified the other wee issues with the oven I was living with. Within a couple of days John came back and fitted a new oven. John was friendly and wore PPE in accordance with the COVID guidelines at all times. The girls in the office were lovely and sorted everything. My old oven was taken away and they took the rubbish!”

“Tyre going flat despite being topped up. Went in on a Saturday morning on the off chance of getting it fixed. I was informed that the Mots booked in for that day would make it unlikely that my tyre could be fitted in, and was asked to come back on Monday. Monday morning, tyre unresponsive to any attempts to introduce air. Fitted spare. Went in to DSC on way to work and was shown the reason for no inflation. Ask for a replacement tyre to be fitted and expected to pay the normal price for mid price example. I was called in the afternoon by Jackie to say my tyre was ready. Arrived to find my new tyre balanced etc asked for it to be fitted which was passed on to one of the guys to do. Asked the price……had to sit down for this….not even £100 ……yes, balanced , fitted and a cracker of a tyre….all for under £100. I can see why these people have 5 star reviews…. A gem of a place with excellent staff. 5 stars all round.”
