All the women who work there were lovely, and I got so many compliments on my hair (and piercings) which made the whole atmosphere so enjoyable. Natalia clearly cared about my hair and what I wanted, asking for a second opinion when it was needed (but obviously what she had decided was completely correct) but it was highly appreciated as I have thin hair which had been coloured before so she wanted to keep it as healthy as possible while giving me what I wanted. Overall, I had a fantastic time and definitely intend to return to sit in Natalia's chair again.”

She is excellent at working with you to understand exactly what you want and checking in throughout the process. She’s very knowledgeable and is focused on the health of the hair, never pushing you to come back immediately which I have found a problem with other salons who put £ > care. Chloe is very friendly and easy to talk to but also respects your space if you would prefer not to. I always leave feeling fantastic and certain to get compliments.
