“Such a jewel in the Inverclyde third sector crown”
“As a young man with good career and happy home, I always thought that I could deal with any issues that life threw at me on my own. However, as the days went on I began to struggle, not really understanding how or what the cause was. That's when I knew I needed help. I reached out to Sally with the hope that somehow she could be the person to help change things and I could not have been happier with the results. Sally is an amazingly friendly, easy to talk to person who ensures that you feel like you are the only client she has. Sally not only helped me find the root cause of my feelings but helped teach me the tools to manage things going forward. If you are like me going through struggles and don't want to go through it alone, you won't regret reaching out to Sally for help . She was there for me step by step through my journey and can be there for you too. Thank you Sally for all your help.”
“Jenny has helped me for years and has always been on time and helps where she can.i don't think I would still be around if it wasn't for the help she gives”
“I want to provide an honest review, for anyone who may find themselves in a similar position that I did, prior to getting in touch with Isla. I can vaguely recall how uncertain and vulnerable I felt making the first step towards embarking on a therapeutic journey with Isla. However, over a year on and I can honestly say this was the best decision I have ever made. From the initial phone call to the moment you step foot in the door, Isla has a warmth and presence about her that instantly makes you feel welcome and at ease. A counselling session with Isla feels like entering into another reality; where you are able to “just be” completely as you are. Everything you bring to a session is met with empathy, understanding, respect and compassion. Even when faced with life’s most challenging struggles, Isla still has a way of making you feel nurtured, safe and able to carry on. Isla is a truly amazing therapist and someone whom I will feel forever grateful for. Although I cannot possibly put into words how much Isla has helped me, I hope this review provides some insight and comfort for anyone who may be wondering whether to make the first step :)”
“great experience. I couldn't believe how much better I feel. very friendly and helpful people.”
“I always found Kirsten to be very friendly and approachable but also very professional. Our sessions while sometimes challenging always left me feeling positive. In the time since I saw Kirsten, while still struggling with some issues I feel that I have progressed in many areas. I now volunteer for Cancer Research UK and have made many new friends. I always found Kirsten to be very insightful and empathetic and I always left our sessions feeling hopeful about the future and better about myself.”
“Excellent experience. Felt very comfortable throughout and would highly recommend.”
“Joanna helped me through a difficult stage with compassion and understanding. She challenged me to think about things in a different way as we worked through different exercises. I have and will continue to recomend her. I really can't thank Joanna enough”
“Extremely professional organisation”
“Dominic is supportive and great to work with, I highly recommend his services!”
“I highly recommend working with Vicki. She is attentive, understanding and has great skills. Working with her brought profound changes in my understanding of myself, my inner challenges and issues. Even after a few sessions, I felt a positive change in me - I was more self aware and learned how to understand my emotions better. Thank you again!”

“I've worked with David for a around a year, and I can't recommend him enough. He consistently provides thoughtful resources, including articles, videos, and practical worksheets like the Gratitude Journal guide which helped me achieve better results when journaling (Although he would probably say there is no right or wrong way to journal, this really helped me). What stands out is how he encourages active participation and adapts his advice based on my progress and feedback. For example,, his insights on self-compassion versus self-esteem have been truly eye-opening to me personally. David creates a supportive and non-judgmental space, making it easy to discuss difficult topics and work towards meaningful change. If you're looking for a counsellor who genuinely cares and provides actionable strategies, David is an excellent choice.”
“Honestly I don't know what I would do without them. To say it saved my life would be an understatement. Kind friendly and professional staff, thank you for being there, I felt at ease to share. X”
“Thank You Guy, for all the support I've received from you.”
