It would be a miss to leave out the Care Advisor ( Sheila ? ) who was also so compassionate and very informative with regards to what to expect, billing / insurance etc. She showed such a genuine interest in my cat and what had happened, and similarly to the Vet was able to put me at ease almost instantly.
