“I rehomed a beautiful wee Cocker spaniel who had gorgeous long tan and blonde locks but it was quiet knotty and matted in places and he had never been groomed. He was very anxious and scared so was a bit snappy with the girls but they percivered and got him all washed, dried and gave him a nice short hair cut. Because he was so nervous Jac offered him a free fortnightly wash n blow dry X2. After each session he was less nervous and more co-operative. A few months later he was back for his 2nd full groom and was so much more at ease and far less snappy. The girls are so patient with my very nervous dog and they do a fantastic job. My dog comes home smelling amazing and looking very handsome with his new hair cut and super shiny coat. I couldn't recommend them enough they do amazing work with our wee fur babies.”

My previous groomer would shave him every single time he went no matter how much I brushed him in between grooms. They kept saying he was matted when I really didn’t think he was but I took their word for it and worried that I would just never be able to look after his coat properly. I took him to crew cuts expecting to be told once again that he was matted and needed shaved. It turned out he wasn’t matted at all and for the first time in a long time he came out the groomers all fluffy and happy. He wasn’t traumatised and still had hair. I don’t know a lot about dog grooming but I do know that the guys at crew cuts are extremely professional. It was a man and a young girl in the shop that day. They had Alphie done in 1hr50mins and his hair has never looked so good. Thanks again Crew Cuts, we will see you in a few weeks.”
