That wasn't a problem. What was the problem was AA getting back to you to approve additional work. Couldn't get through to them on the phone. Emailed them directly with a strongly worded email and heard back straight away. Surprise surprise. I know the garage had already emailed them the day before. Surely they wouldn't have emailed me back so quickly otherwise. If your needing additional work don't go through Aa smartcare. Since read similar reviews regarding this AA service. Garage however were great. Thanks guys”
