“It was easy to find with lots of parking and plenty of green spaces to walk the dog before going in. The reception staff were very kind and helpful and the waiting area is bright airy and very spacious, there are wee individual pods to sit in so nervous/excitable pets have space. I think cats had their own room. The vet/Dr we saw was very kind and thorough and we were kept informed of our dogs progress throughout. Nobody wants to visit the hospital with their pet but if we had to go again it would be reassuring to know it was the UoGSAH we were returning to.”

“Phoned late on Sunday to arrange an appointment for a perm. Was told to come in the following morning. This was my first visit to Head Office & I received a warm welcome from Robin & Lorna. I had taken my kindle to pass the time but it didn't make it out of my bag. Had a lovely chat & Lorna gave me a few tips for drying, maintaining & colouring my hair. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit & left feeling really good (which is unusual for me as i usually feel getting my hair done is like going to Tesco, mundane but necessary). If you want a good, experienced, friendly hairdresser, Lorna is your woman. I'll definitely be back. Oh, you get a great cup of coffee too!”

“I’m a weekend warrior as opposed to a qualified tradesman, so it can be a little intimidating going in to a trades supplier like this. Shouldn’t have worried - the folks were extremely warm, helpful and patient with me. The guys outside also were extremely helpful in bring my floor boards out to the car. I know it may seem odd to say this of a building supply yard, but I’m actually looking forward to returning in the future: these guys were that good.”
