“First call to the company - found them approachable and they do what they say they will do ! no need to chase up for a return call to my enquiry . They sent out an engineer - who turned up, again when he said he would. He identified the fault within mins - previous company out three times and still couldnt find a fault despite machine leaking water when operating . Previous company told me it couldnt be fixed and to dump the machine. Intellico fixed the machine replacing two arms for a call out charge and parts within the day. Stephen , the engineer was very efficient and respectful of staff and premises. Intellico is definately worth a phonecall ! Wouldnt hesitate in recommending them.”

“My 30 year old roof looks like new - Got the guys out from ML Property & Maintenance to carry out a 'softwash' service on my roof on Friday as they had been recommended by friends who had also had it done. Cant believe the job they made of it. They scraped away all the moss by hand , cleaned out my gutters front & rear, replaced some broken tiles & applied roof biocide which I understands treats the roof & helps prevent the above reappearing. They arrived on time & cleaned everything up before they left. Nothing was a problem & I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I've already been asked by my neighbours for their details and I've also asked them to come back out at the end of this month to power wash my driveway. Thanks again Martin for a brilliant service & stay safe”
