Some initial confusion over the term 'Processing' but all queries responded to promptly and politely. Bird bath ready before the estimated date, and a quick follow up to determine delivery just s few days out. Delivered on the day advised and within just 15 minutes of the estimated time. Delivery driver unpacked to check all OK and even offered to carry through to where going to be sited. The guys have had some poor reviews but I can only feedback as I find and I cannot fault this experience end to end. Thank you”
