Rae, the therapist is exceptional at her job - always listens and there to provide advice or direct you to helpful resources. From my therapy my confidence grew and I got better at coping with my anxiety. I've had a few sessions of CBT before with another provider and the therapist was constantly clock watching, finishing sessions early. My experience at Temenos couldn't have been more different from this. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone is individual and certain places suit people differently. As someone who'd had a previous bad experience in therapy, I was quite reluctant to enter counselling again and be vulnerable in front of someone who couldn't care less - Temenos completely changed my mind about the process. Sessions were never ended early, I was always listened to, offered advice and the therapist genuinely cared. Therapy is entirely individual and Temenos was exactly the right place for me.”
