Didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need but at the same time we had cover for what we needed in the event we do need it. As a family with 2 children it is our responsibility as parents to have a safety net in place should something happen. I feel so much better knowing that if something did happen to 1 or both of us that financially they will be taken care of. With the addition to also having the Will taken care if which really did worry me not knowing what would happen to the boys. I would 110% recommend Leanne to anyone and have absolute trust in her knowledge and ability, her compassion for helping people is so apparent and really puts you at ease.”

“It is not easy to put into words the gratitude my family and I feel for the care given by all the staff at Birkley care home. My mother suffered for many years with Alzima and sadly lost the love of her life in November 2018 leaving mum alone and confused. For a number of years we cared for her at home but following a hospitalisation she was referred to Birkley care home for recuperation and all this was only for a short period the care she got was second to none. Some time later following more hospitalisation she was placed into a different care home and this was not to the high standard that we had experienced at Birkley care home. She was then moved to another care home and sadly that care still did not match Birkley care home so when a place came available at Birkley we grasped the opportunity straight away and what a difference it made to mum and all of our family. The care and attention to mum needs was brilliant and considering the staffing problems that this industry works under the staff were fantastic. All of my family want to give the biggest possible thank you to all of the staff but in particular those that saw to my mums needs on a daily basis. John Fallowfield”

“Very good CHCP rehabilitation health centre. Sunshine House has 9 beds in separate rooms for either male or female senior adult patients.There are also children with various needs who stay on overnight visits and are kept totally separate from the adults when sleeping at the centre. Patients staying at the house are offered several daily cups of tea or coffee and lovely simple in house cooked or cold meals with a vegetarian option, along with an excellent standard of personal and every day care with daily help from physio's as and when required.”
