“Bransholme urgent Treatment Centre is an excellent modern medical facility, very clean and bright. The gatekeeper was friendly and helpful. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. The nurse and her trainee were very efficient and friendly, an excellent service. There is a large free car park.”

“It's never too packed but the pharmacy I go to that's connected to it, well them pharmacists & other staff work so hard you can tell even when you only go twice a week cz there's nearly always a queue & the place is so small yet it's ram packed with workers & boxes of meds, nowhere for them to sit down but even so u the young girls at the front are always so lovely & helpful even though they're so busy doing their best 2 help everyone yet quite a few times I've been there (inside & out) I've heard ppl & had them telling me aswell abt how awful they are there apparently they can never get all of their tablets n stuff like that - I can't believe how unbelievably cheeky these ppl are I'm sure some of them are justified bt most of em don't even take them it's just part of their bull 2 get more money so they don't have to pay for those exact things innit!”

“Went with my children for their flu immunisation. Asked at reception, staff very nice and polite to show us the right direction. One nurse greeted us and another gave them the nasal immunisation, all very chil friendly and nice! Will go again!”

“I would definitely recommend this trauma centre all the staff are so lovely and welcoming there since I've been there I've actually stayed I've been to let's talk and others and never felt like I've fitted in there but I definitely do here there so good at what they do and so caring now I want to talk about cally who's supporting me right now has done from the start I couldn't of ask for a better councillor if i could only pick 1 councillor it would always be cally she really is amazing and I wouldn't be were I am right now without cally she has got me threw loads and made me feel like I'm worth something she is like a little mam to me I appreciate her so much and everything she has done for me and still doing now I always look forward to my appointments I remember my 1st time going I felt so sick nervous and my anxiety was so bad but cally made me feel so calm so honestly if there is anyone who needs help I would definitely go here ❤️”

“I had surgery on both eyes. Although things didn't go well the doctor remained calm and kept me calm in the whole process. I am due back there again very soon. So probably need further laser surgery on the left eye again. But the staff are great, even with a cry baby like me.”

“I read the comments before my 3 year old had bloods here, and I was quite reluctant to book but no other options were suitable for our schedule, so I had no choice but do so. I am really happy I did. We had no issues with the receptionists at all, both were polite and helpful. The nurses who took the bloods I could not praise them enough. One of them was called Becky, but I couldn’t catch the other lady’s name. From the very beginning they made my son feel so at ease and he didn’t even realise the actual blood test. They were really friendly and it was a good experience all in all and all the staff we interacted with were absolutely brilliant. Thank you!”

“Didn’t know that this centre existed! Easy to park, nice friendly receptionist, and two nurses who took out the staples in my husband’s legs with great care. Everywhere absolutely spotless. Wonderful centre!”

“Absolute disgrace . Receptionists don’t bother , they are busy talking their own personal talks , gossips than listening to patients and sorting their issue out promptly . Mishel completely ignored me and made me wait until I have had to ask if Elliott chapel has been put on for my blood tests . I was only given a choice for Morrill and longhill , I had asked to incude Elliott chapel . Then she pretend to do something on the system and in the mean time other patients came and she started to answering their queries , Knowing the fact I have been waiting to be put on to Elliott chapel for my bloods . No duty of care , not compassionate at all . Extremely discouraging .”
