“I would give this practice 11 stars if I were possible. While I recognize that frontline staff can come across as "difficult" they're often juggling clinical need with access to often limited resources. Which is why their recorded messages, promote NHS 111 to urgent treatment centers. The staff at this practice work collectively very hard, to benefit their patients with the very best in compassionate, effective and best care. My elderly in-laws have complex and varying medical needs, which are addressed and managed thoroughly from start to end. The principal clinician is exceptionally talented and has the benefit of support from a small but effective staff. My advice to nay-sayers is to consider treating people as you would prefer yourself. High handed or condescending attitudes may be reciprocated. After all who goes to work to be verbally offended. A little kindness will go a very long way. Thank you for your service Park View.”
