However the only store that stocked it was the trusty Morrisons. So bought a few for both us and some Southern friends who love it. Plus a few other items from the amazing bakery. Definitely worth a look if you're in the City.”

“This was a takeaway I used to get a lot as a kid, but hadn't been for years (when they used to have the restaurant across the road). The place hasn't changed much, if at all, but the food was lovely. The cheesy garlic bread was one of the best around and the chips were great too.”

Spoiled for choice, we ordered a few of the starters and were blown away. We then had some mains and knew we’d be coming back. “Morrisons is always good value and ample choice. Aisles are wide so plenty of room for stopping to browse items without feeling you are blocking another shopper wishing to get past. There is usually a very good choice of meats and fish on the butchery counter, with offers on weekly. The fruit and veg are always fresh and tasty. Never any issue with parking.”

The spicy tomato garlic bread was very hot, and the staff were very understanding of my dietary restrictions and did not put garlic butter on it. Prices are also very affordable, only £9 for a meal for me and my wife. I would definitely go there again.”

“The only place we go to for Pizza local, always delicious hot fresh food, never lets us down and the staff and lovely!! Home made burgers are the best too! No sloppy dog food burgers here! 100% beef! Stroganoff is belting too! I would like to suggest a loyalty scheme though as you don’t do any deals or offers. But you get for what you pay for and we will always return.”

“WOWZERS!! Excellent service at Ciao!! I was in quite the predicament on Sunday 30th November at approximately 17:10pm. This was because half time of super Sunday was rapidly approaching and I was yet to order a succulent meal! In a fright, I quickly scrambled to my phone to see if it would be possible for Ciao to conjure up a scrummy pizza for half time. I was reassured by the ever calm Jack Hoskins at Ciao that they could hurry together to do this for me! To my delight, within 15 minutes I’d ordered, collected and sat watching Trevor Chalobah nod Chelsea into the lead in the 46th minute!! None of this would have been possible without the pizza maestro that is Jack Hoskins. I will be forever grateful for the exemplary service! Kind regards, An honourable local gentleman”
