“Having been quoted hundreds of pounds from Halfords for various ‘problems’ with our car and an MOT, I looked for a second opinion. Andrew, the owner, was able to have a look at the car when I dropped it off early. He disregarded any ‘faults’ identified by Halfords and checked the car himself. He identified genuine faults and gave an honest price for the repairs which came in several hundred pounds less than that quoted by Halfords. We have been ripped off by so many garages in the past and it is reassuring to find a genuinely trustworthy garage. As Andrew told me, he’s been fixing cars for 45 years and he knows what he is doing! I will certainly be returning to Reliance next time and would recommend the garage without hesitation.”

“I bought a refrigerated van box. There was a choice of several and for the price as advertised. The guys were helpful in providing a ladder so I could inspect the roof and with loading the item. The yard is busy and you would benefit from taking boots or wellies if it’s been raining as it was very muddy. Reading the comments it would seem people have difficulty with the communication as English is not their first language. But with a bit of patience and clarity they get the job done.”
