“Nas was our designer and very friendly. Not pushy at all. Very nice bloke. Responds to calls and emails. We had a few issues with kitchen, marks on doors, all replaced easily. Not Wrens fault but we had faulty hob, was replaced quickly. Tap was dripping , replaced quickly. For customer service we can't fault them. Main delivery was very good we had a time slot and day booked.”

“Excellent Service from Clarke from attend to give a quote was on time very proffesional. Quote given contacted back advising found a better boiler to fit the space also cheaper. Day 1 of fitting attended to remove old boiler and discuss with builder re bricking up old flue. House has stone outre walls when builder had filled the old flue gap wouldnot know it had been there. Day 2 Clarke attend fitted the boiler made sure everything was working. Left every where clean and tidy.Showed how to use the boiler also advised re service schedule. Amazing service from first contact to job been completed.”
