The clinic was very calm and reception staff very welcoming. I found Mr Smith to be very professional, approachable, and personable. He fully explained the procedure and risks/healing journey. After assessing me, he explained he didn't recommend the procedure for me currently and explained the reasons why I wasn't really suitable. I was offered a drink upon entry and my coat was taken, and the wait time was very short.
