“Been using Ainsty Dental for almost 20 years. Steve has been looking after mine, my husband's and my 2 (now adult) children. Between us I've lost track of how many fillings and other treatments we've had. He has done implants for my husband and I and all gone really well, so much so that we've recommended friends that have also had treatment there. I suffer with a gag reflex that Steve deals well with, able to take X-rays and perform treatments that I usually struggle with. Whenever I've had issues such as a cracked tooth or toothache, I've been booked in quickly and all resolved quickly, whereas I know friends that have struggled with quick appointments with their dentist. I'd recommend Ainsty dentist without hesitation.”

Results were obtained over about 10 months, with an initial treatment and 2 follow ups with additional treatment due to one stubborn vein. “I had a consultation recently with Mr Smith re: upper blepharoplasty. I had wanted this procedure done for many years and had taken lots of time to research clinics anf surgeons. The clinic was very calm and reception staff very welcoming. I found Mr Smith to be very professional, approachable, and personable. He fully explained the procedure and risks/healing journey. After assessing me, he explained he didn't recommend the procedure for me currently and explained the reasons why I wasn't really suitable. Although I was disappointed, (and still am!) as I wasn't expecting that outcome, and had finally plucked up the courage to book a consultant, I appreciated his honesty and sense of professional responsibility and ethical standards. I will definitely book into Coppergate again in the future if I'm considering any other procedures.”

She talked through future changes to the equipment that will help relieve my sensitivity during the hygiene appointments and showed me how to use an elec toothbrush to prevent any future gum recession. “Amazing experience from booking through to receiving my scan results. My GP refused me a scan on my foot and ankle after I was given 4 diagnosis from physio and GP but not seeing an improvement in my condition. So I booked with ultrasound direct to pay privately to see what was going on with my foot and ankle. I was given a warm welcome at york and the scan was completed quickly and I now have a definitive diagnosis to work with....albeit something none of the physio or GP considered! Really happy with ultrasound direct and I wouldn't hesitate to return in future if I needed to.”
