“Building a single storey extension, we had a completely blank canvas for KC Design House to work their magic on. The process primarily focuses on the functional needs of the customer and the aesthetics, with materials and colours coming later. The process isn't particularly quick, but where KCDH excel and what sets them apart from the rest is their attention to detail. A kitchen is a serious investment, so after it has been fitted you really do not want to be saying 'I wish that I had thought of ....'. Since our kitchen has been fitted, everything is exactly where it needs to be. Both Alisa and Ben were very patient when I was choosing unit style & colour plus last minute changes to handles and backsplash! “Only had cake, coffee and toasted currant tea cake, I can't comment on their other food. However what we had was lovely and the coffee is great, always our first choice for coffee in the area. The staff are lovely and service great, what more can you want.”

“Recently bought an emergency recliner chair for our elderly mum because her old one stopped working. I phoned the shop around lunchtime to check stock and delivery etc. Spoke to a lovely guy who was so knowledgeable about which type would be a good fit for mum. My sister and brother in law went down I. The afternoon and spoke to him, he went through everything with them. He even delivered it after he closed the shop so that mum could have it that night. Outstanding service, top quality customer service and a genuinely lovely man! Highly recommended. Thank you so much for your help.”
