“I don't know why there are bad reviews. I have had a lovely experience with these guys. I bought decorative moulding and Leah kept me up-to-date via email. Once they were ready to pick up (which was around 3/4 days later) I met Leah and two other lovely members of staff. They look like good people that genuinely care about their business. Most importantly the decorative trim was all good so no complaints there too and really pleased how it came out!”

“Four years' use of our Pocket Plush 2000 and counting. Without doubt, our best mattress purchase. We look forward just as much to getting into bed now as we did when we first got the mattress. Hotel beds rarely beat it - which, at this price, is awesome value. No obvious signs of mechanical wear - confident that we'll get the expected 6-8 years' use of it.”

“After a hard days work at the office spent mostly on our most recent game project, Mutiny, we thought we'd call it a night and order all of our staff a takeaway from here. It's safe to say that this place was simply spectacular, I saw my life flash before me as my mind entered a state of total euphoria, leaving me questioning all of existence and our place in this infinite cosmos. So yeah, we loved it!”

If there are any parts missing, incorrect or damaged, they are ultra quick to replace and rush your order through and send out replacements free of charge (even whilst they are getting through other existing orders!). The quality of the products are superb and way better than any other manufacturers that we've seen. Thank you Ultima for being there for us! I have no idea why there are bad reviews on here.
