“A fantastic service from an extremely kind engineer :) John responded within a couple of hours to my phone call regarding a fault with my combi-boiler that was tripping out the electricity to all the house socket outputs. He kept to precisely to the suggested appointment time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The complete solution needed an electrician, but he provided a safe interim fix that enabled us to continue to use the boiler and keep our electricity on! The charge was also extremely reasonable. Most importantly to me, as a woman requesting assistance, John was clear about the problem and solution and was not in the least patronising - not a given when getting help from an industry sector that is largely male-dominated. Thank you John - I really appreciated your professionalism and expertise :)”

“I bought a refrigerated van box. There was a choice of several and for the price as advertised. The guys were helpful in providing a ladder so I could inspect the roof and with loading the item. The yard is busy and you would benefit from taking boots or wellies if it’s been raining as it was very muddy. Reading the comments it would seem people have difficulty with the communication as English is not their first language. But with a bit of patience and clarity they get the job done.”

Large builders yard you can collect straight away which i found convenient when in a bit of a rush but also free delivery usually delivered on the day as opposed to waiting a few days. “Recently bought an emergency recliner chair for our elderly mum because her old one stopped working. I phoned the shop around lunchtime to check stock and delivery etc. Spoke to a lovely guy who was so knowledgeable about which type would be a good fit for mum. My sister and brother in law went down I. The afternoon and spoke to him, he went through everything with them. He even delivered it after he closed the shop so that mum could have it that night.
