βAs someone in their mid forties who does lots of running and swimming, I was keen to learn some yoga basics as a great contrast and also to try to help my lower back pain. As a total beginner, Jacqui was incredibly supportive, inclusive and helpful. The classes were friendly and relaxed, and really focussed on technique and learning. Jacqui also used her previous physiotherapy experience to adapt plans to work for my own body and limitations - nothing was ever too much trouble. Have a go!β

βBig thanks to Ali My back had locked up, the muscles on either side of my spine were really tight and putting a lot of pressure on my spine trapping a nerve. I I was treated using pressure therapy and by the end of my session I could move in all directions. It took a few days afterwards for the tenderness in my back to ease as the treatment is hard-core. I would 100% recommend you use Muscle Medicine he's a great guy and really knows his stuff Philβ
