“I’ve previously left a 1 star review, as my experience had been dreadful. However, since the introduction of the new appointment and triage system I cannot recommend this practice enough. I have always been able to get timely appointments for myself and my family and them quick referrals to specialists when necessary. I’m not sure if there has been a change of staff or whether the system is working well for everyone but the help and support I’ve received recently from all administrative and medical staff has been excellent.
