I was nervous about getting my helix done as it was my first piercing but they made me feel very comfortable and I was very pleased with the end results. “I got a tattoo done here recently by Ricardas, absolutely insane detail and quality, it's healed beautifully and I've been getting compliments on it non stop. “My experience could not have been better - from booking the appointments to the aftercare. My tattooist was Vlad - he included me in the design to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. As well as executing it perfectly he was humours and made me feel at ease the whole time. It was a particularly tough job as it was a large cover up and he absolutely nailed it. I recommend Grimm (and Vlad) to anyone looking to get a tattoo and will continue to do so.”

“Dear Hoodoo Crew, What can I say? Absolute first class customer service throughout the whole process from inception to aftercare. My last tattoo was around 35 years ago when I was 19 or 20. Haven’t times changed? My Mother recently died and I wanted a lasting memory of her. (She and I both loved the Red Kites soaring over Harrogate, I thought a tattoo of one would be a fitting tribute) My email inquiry was answered promptly the next morning by Andre, I explained I was only available on weekends due to work/family commitments then the whole process inc T&C’s were explained. Andre told me it may be difficult due to the weekend situation and would be in touch once he was available. Having looked at his work on line as much as I could (being an old geezer who doesn’t like social media) I was extremely impressed and was happy to wait until he was free. That Saturday I received a message saying “he was available for a session on Sunday (the next day) if I could make it” If I didn’t do it then I may have talked myself out of it, so arranged the appointment and paid my deposit. We spent almost an hour sat at the computer (choosing an image then sizing and printing the image in various configurations and taping them to my leg to check that we were both happy with the end result) I am most certainly happy with the end result. Thank You Andre, you are a true artist! Thank you also for juggling your own family commitments to suit mine. Myself or any of my friends/colleagues have ever heard of/or been asked to return to the studio 2 days later for an inspection and cleaning/redressing of the tattoo. Customer service second to none!! My Red Kite looks a bit lonely on his own so I have some ideas I will run past you next year once we are healed. What an experience, keep it up all of you! Thanks and regards! Mick”

Laura was a great help throughout the booking process, giving me advice with regards to my design and answering any questions I had. Erin did my tattoo and I couldn't be happier with the result! I wanted my daughter's handprint and her name in her own handwriting, so it was going to be a very special piece and Erin absolutely nailed it! “Been having my entire back covered up by Josh for a while now and if I could give 6 stars on Google I would. From beginning to the end, such a professional service. Tells you exactly what he's doing and tells you exactly how to look after it when he's finished, I have NEVER had any issues with any work completed by Josh, he even gives you bottles of cleaner free of charge and tells you exactly what to do for a perfect heal. Its simple.. If you follow his instructions you WILL NOT have a problem. Such a great guy and easy to get along with, makes you feel comfortable and asks frequently if you are OK! Would never go elsewhere for a tattoo and the prices are really cheap compared to other so called good tattooists. He does not think about his pocket and try and make as much money from you as possible and he takes pride in what he does so you come back for more! Honestly if you are thinking about going anywhere else, don't bother, just come and see Josh, simple as that!”

Talked me through what I wanted, and showed me some amazing work, far beyond my expectations. They made me feel very comfortable,and the studio is very well laid out with exelent decor. “Got this inking done by Jimmy who was fantastic and could not fault in anyway. The studio is very welcoming and relaxed. All the tattooist's are down to earth and a good crack that take their work seriously. Ive only really spoken to Jimmy & Joel but imagine the other 2 ladies are just as chatty and caring about their clients. I would recommend getting ink'd here as the work is fantastic and relaxed with banter between the tattooist's just makes the experience worth going there.
