Prices also compare very well with other retailers. We originally ordered a bed frame with delivery scheduled for the next day. At short notice, we decided to add a mattress to the order. After a quick call (with no long hold), I spoke to Shelby, who was excellent. She updated the order, applied a discount, and processed everything quickly and without any hassle—all in a friendly, helpful manner. The revised order arrived on time and complete.
