He also discreetly deals with everything within your budget and remains tactful about this throughout. Baz is the consummate professional in all he does - and he respects your property and surroundings to the nth degree, protecting everything as he goes and constantly keeping things clean and tidy (as much as he can when working in a ‘bomb site’ such as our work necessitated at times). Do choose Baz for the work you need doing, he won’t let you down and he keeps it real - you can also have a good laugh with him, and this goes a long way to keeping everyone sane whilst having the upheaval of your house being upside down.”

“Heard about Indian Sweet Box on social media. Just had to make the trip from Birmingham to try it out. Thankfully they had a bit of indoor seating with room for our pushchair. Every single thing about this place was absolutely fantastic! So glad we made the trip! Have to admit, after learning about their prices, I was a bit sceptical, thinking that the portions would be tiny. So glad I was wrong. I satisfied my pau bhaji craving for £3. 99. Where else can you get such a delicious, filling portion of pau bhaji for that price? Everything was remarkably cheap and delicious. The samosas were probably the best I've ever had. So filling and tasty, not overly greasy. Had the daal kachori and ghobi paratha box which came with dahi and daal. Everything was so delicious, we got a mithai box to take away. Got a pista barfi, carrot barfi, coconut barfi, chocolate barfi, pista roll, and something we just had to try, the snickers barfi, which was so good, better than an actual snickers bar in my opinion! All of this, the mithai box and lunch, for less than £15!! My wife and I both left feeling satisfied and stuffed! I loved how everything was made fresh. It was evident that the samosas and ghobi paratha, were fresh, made in house. It really came across in the unique, beautiful taste. I'm going to say that I feel the mithai is made in house too. I've tasted a lot of mithai and theirs is outstanding, the best! None of it was overly sweet. They were all more fragrant than anything. Most mithai tends to be overpowered with sweetness and all tastes the same. We could actually taste what the barfi were meant to be... coconut tasted of coconut, pista of pista etc. and the snickers barfi was out of this world! It's not often you get such fresh, amazing home cooked food at such prices and also meet genuinely kind people! The lovely man who works there even gave us some hot jalebi that had just been fried, for free, as we were leaving! Would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Shame we don't live closer, or we would be regular customers!”

“Absolute brilliant nursery my eldest attended here 9 years ago and learnt so many skills, from talking walking potty trained. My 2 year old has been attending since Feb prior he was at another nursery which he did not enjoy, within a week of being at gingerbread he has started to become more social started to babble and was a lot happier and is thriving at the nursery really cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing work they put in.”

“Good indian, pizza, and kebab shop in Oadby. Prices are cheap. Pizzas are made fresh and delicious. Parking is the issue. You may get a spot at the council car park free for 30 minutes. Otherwise, one may need to pay to park nearby.”

“I organised a baby shower for a lovely friend of mine. The service I was given was outstanding. Janice’s response to emails was amazing. She helped so much. The chef who made our afternoon was also very accommodating, especially with the mum-to-be having gestational diabetes. I have to say it’s the first place that has accommodated for gestational diabetes for the afternoon tea and made a separate dessert. Some lovely banana bread. The amount of sweet treats you get in their afternoon tea is more than you would ever get anywhere else. I would definitely recommend eating there too. The Sunday roasts are amazing too.”
